As a visionary, he integrated numerous forms of cutting-edge technology and innovations into the company’s operational workflow - all before eventually being recruited by the nation’s largest public adjusting firm. Phil spent years as a licensed public adjuster, which provided him with unique and highly sought-after insider perspectives into the intricacies and complexities of property insurance claims. He has since returned to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Fairlane Furniture Restorers to continue to build and reimagine the future of the company.
