Stephanie Canales started her career with Fairlane Furniture Restorers in the early 2000’s, and remains one of the most respected and longest standing team members in company history. Stephanie’s rise through the organization was met with great difficulty, from starting her career as a crew member on the packing team, working her way through the ranks to now serving on the company’s leadership board as the Director of Human Resources. Her ambition and commitment has provided her with a significant level of invaluable real-world experience to oversee team member relations.
